Vous lancez une entreprise. Vous voulez (et vous devez !) r\u00e9aliser des ventes. Bien s\u00fbr, vous ne voulez dire non \u00e0 personne. Naturellement, l&#039;id\u00e9e de cibler un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique \u2013 et donc d&#039;en exclure d&#039;autres \u2013 est intimidante.<!--more-->Je comprends. \u00c0 mes d\u00e9buts, je me suis positionn\u00e9e comme coach de vie, de carri\u00e8re et d&#039;affaires. Je r\u00e9alisais des ventes, mais je ciblais aussi trois profils de clients distincts. Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas une mince affaire et cela m&#039;\u00e9puisait.<\/p>\n<p>J&#039;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre des vacances. Et je suis tomb\u00e9e malade ! Je m&#039;\u00e9tais enfin accord\u00e9 une pause et je me suis retrouv\u00e9e clou\u00e9e au lit tout le temps. J&#039;ai choisi d&#039;y voir un signe. Quelque chose me disait de prendre du recul et de r\u00e9examiner mon entreprise. Je devais analyser s\u00e9rieusement ce qui fonctionnait, ce qui ne fonctionnait pas et comment rectifier le tir.<\/p>\n<p>Je me suis pos\u00e9 deux questions fondamentales :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Question 1 : Quel type de travail me permet de donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas seulement le genre de travail que je fais bien, mais un travail que j&#039;aime tellement que je le ferais m\u00eame sans \u00eatre pay\u00e9. Un travail qui me dynamise, qui me donne envie de commencer chaque journ\u00e9e et qui me procure un sentiment d&#039;accomplissement. C&#039;est ce genre de travail qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le v\u00e9ritablement le meilleur de nous-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, la solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;aider les gens \u00e0 quitter leur emploi principal pour cr\u00e9er une entreprise \u00e0 temps plein qui les passionne. C&#039;est un travail qui me passionne car je crois que nous devrions tous faire un travail que nous aimons, r\u00e9aliser nos r\u00eaves professionnels et non pas travailler \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les r\u00eaves de quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00catre pr\u00e9sent pendant cette p\u00e9riode de transition, guider les gens vers leur objectif, les aider \u00e0 faire leurs premiers pas et travailler avec eux pour \u00e9tablir des strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 long terme\u2026 c\u2019est le genre de travail qui me permet vraiment de donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Question 2 : Quel type de clients me motive ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les personnes avec lesquelles nous travaillons ont une influence consid\u00e9rable sur le plaisir que nous prenons \u00e0 notre travail. Aimer ses clients est tout aussi important qu&#039;aimer le travail que l&#039;on accomplit avec eux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, ce sont les clients qui veulent vraiment progresser. Des clients soucieux de leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel et de leur \u00e9panouissement, et pas seulement de la r\u00e9ussite de leur entreprise. Des clients qui souhaitent cr\u00e9er des entreprises qui leur tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire des entreprises o\u00f9 ils aiment travailler toute la journ\u00e9e, m\u00eame sans \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s (m\u00eame s&#039;ils souhaitent bien s\u00fbr gagner leur vie).<\/p>\n<p>Je suis convaincue que tout est li\u00e9. Si quelque chose ne va pas dans votre vie personnelle, cela aura des r\u00e9percussions sur votre entreprise (et inversement). Je crois fermement en une approche holistique et je travaille de mani\u00e8re optimale avec des clients qui partagent cette vision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Comment ces questions ont aliment\u00e9 mon entreprise <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9pondu honn\u00eatement \u00e0 ces questions, j&#039;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me lancer et de me sp\u00e9cialiser dans un cr\u00e9neau pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Je restreindrais mon march\u00e9 cible aux seuls travaux et personnes qui me permettaient de donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>J&#039;ai enti\u00e8rement refait mon site web et ma strat\u00e9gie marketing. Je me suis concentr\u00e9 sur les personnes souhaitant se reconvertir et cr\u00e9er leur propre entreprise florissante. Des personnes qui recherchent non seulement un accompagnement marketing, mais aussi un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9panouissement professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>J&#039;avais vraiment peur de me lancer. J&#039;\u00e9tais une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire et je refusais m\u00eame des opportunit\u00e9s commerciales !<\/p>\n<p>Mais je l&#039;ai fait. J&#039;ai franchi le pas.<\/p>\n<p>Et devinez quoi ? Mes ventes ont tripl\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi ? Parce que les personnes qui envisagent une transition se souviennent de moi et que mon message leur parle profond\u00e9ment. Je r\u00e9ponds pleinement aux besoins d&#039;un groupe de personnes bien pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Quand ils arrivent sur mon site web, ils ont l&#039;impression que je m&#039;adresse directement \u00e0 eux et que je leur fournis les outils pr\u00e9cis dont ils ont besoin pour atteindre leurs objectifs. Lorsque je segmentais mon marketing autour de trois profils types, les gens ne m&#039;associaient pas \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me unique. Je ne parlais \u00e0 personne en particulier. Je n&#039;\u00e9tablissais pas de v\u00e9ritable lien avec qui que ce soit.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&#039;hui, j&#039;appr\u00e9cie beaucoup plus mes clients. Mon travail me passionne bien plus. Et quand je suis pleine d&#039;\u00e9nergie, je donne le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame \u00e0 mes clients, qui, en retour, sont ravis, reviennent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et me recommandent.<\/p>\n<p>Posez-vous ces deux questions. Soyez aussi honn\u00eate et sinc\u00e8re que possible dans vos r\u00e9ponses. Ensuite, lancez-vous et sp\u00e9cialisez-vous. Engagez-vous pleinement. N&#039;y revenez pas. Je vous le promets, ce saut dans le vide, m\u00eame s&#039;il peut para\u00eetre effrayant, vous apportera d&#039;\u00e9normes profits et une immense joie.
