Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu du mal \u00e0 sortir d'une situation ind\u00e9sirable\u00a0? Par exemple, vouloir surmonter une rupture, mais se sentir prisonnier du chagrin\u00a0? Ou vouloir changer quelque chose dans votre vie, mais ne pas voir d'autres possibilit\u00e9s\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Cela m'est arriv\u00e9 de nombreuses fois, dans de nombreux aspects de ma vie.<\/p>\n

Aujourd'hui, je vais vous parler de deux \u00e9preuves que j'ai travers\u00e9es et des solutions que j'ai trouv\u00e9es pour les surmonter. Voici deux extraits du chapitre 8 de mon nouveau livre\u00a0:, \u201c J\u2019attire ce que je suis \u201d \u2013 Transformer les \u00e9checs et cr\u00e9er une vie et une entreprise d\u2019une joie orgasmique.<\/a><\/p>\n

Dans ce premier d\u00e9fi, j'ai affront\u00e9 mes sentiments suite \u00e0 une rupture r\u00e9cente et j'ai fait un premier pas en avant\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cJ'ai r\u00e9serv\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de soin \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique chamanique avec John Germain Leto. Je ne savais pas du tout \u00e0 quoi m'attendre. J'ai partag\u00e9 mes sentiments avec John. Il m'a dit qu'il valait mieux que je coupe les liens \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques avec mon ex pour \u00e9liminer toute trace de notre relation. Ainsi, je pourrais avancer plus facilement dans ma vie. Il m'a expliqu\u00e9 que lorsque deux personnes s'engagent dans une relation, des liens se forment entre leurs c\u0153urs. C'est comme un tunnel \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : informations, \u00e9motions, sentiments y circulent. Ces liens peuvent se renforcer avec le temps. Lorsque la relation est termin\u00e9e et que ces liens persistent, il est difficile de tourner la page. Les gens sont attach\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement, il faut donc couper ces liens. Parfois, il faut tourner la page pour que quelque chose de nouveau puisse se construire. Couper les liens permet d'avancer plus facilement car on n'est plus li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'autre. Il m'a aussi expliqu\u00e9 que si un couple se remet ensemble, de nouveaux liens se forment. J'ai h\u00e9sit\u00e9. Je n'\u00e9tais pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 rompre les liens avec le Docteur. Je suppose qu'une partie de moi\u2026 Je voulais encore garder l'espoir que nous puissions nous remettre ensemble. Je n'en comprenais pas la raison. Logiquement, cela n'avait aucun sens. Mais je suppose que la gu\u00e9rison est un processus et qu'elle ne se fait pas du jour au lendemain. John a lib\u00e9r\u00e9 les \u00e9nergies qui ne me servaient plus afin de m'aider \u00e0 m'orienter vers un chemin plus \u00e9panouissant. J'ai vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance. Je me sentais calme et confiante. Je pouvais d\u00e9sormais reprendre ma vie en main et donner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 mon existence.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

EMPORTER: <\/strong>Apr\u00e8s une rupture ou une autre \u00e9preuve \u00e9motionnelle, se faire aider vous \u00e9vitera de reproduire les m\u00eames erreurs et d'attirer \u00e0 nouveau le m\u00eame type de personne. Consultez un th\u00e9rapeute, un coach, un gu\u00e9risseur\u2026 quelqu'un qui vous aidera \u00e0 tourner la page et \u00e0 vous reconstruire. Je recommande \u00e9galement vivement une s\u00e9ance avec un gu\u00e9risseur pour couper les liens \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 miraculeux pour moi\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Dans ce deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9fi, je me suis retrouv\u00e9e en difficult\u00e9 avec mon propre marketing, malgr\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience dans l'\u00e9laboration de campagnes et de strat\u00e9gies marketing pour d'autres entreprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cJohn Germain Leto a gard\u00e9 le contact avec moi. Il connaissait ma passion pour le coaching et m'a propos\u00e9 son aide pour mon image de marque. J'\u00e9tais un peu perplexe. Apr\u00e8s tout, j'avais une vingtaine d'ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience en marketing et j'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 une \u00e9bauche de mon site web. Je la lui ai montr\u00e9e. Il a dit qu'elle \u00e9tait bien, mais qu'elle ne refl\u00e9tait pas ma v\u00e9ritable personnalit\u00e9. J'\u00e9tais d\u00e9contenanc\u00e9e. Il avait pourtant travaill\u00e9 sur l'image de marque de Beyonc\u00e9, alors j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'y pr\u00eater plus attention. Il m'a expliqu\u00e9 que mon site web \u00e9tait trop intellectuel et que je devais aller plus loin. \u201c Il faut connecter son esprit et son c\u0153ur et cr\u00e9er son image de marque \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0. \u201d Sur le moment, je n'ai pas vraiment compris. Je n'\u00e9tais pas s\u00fbre de ce qu'il voulait dire, mais cela me semblait juste, alors j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre son conseil. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances et il m'a guid\u00e9e pour me lib\u00e9rer de mes id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues. Il m'a appris \u00e0 ne plus avoir l'impression de tout d\u00e9cider seule et de porter le poids du monde sur mes \u00e9paules. Il m'a appris \u00e0 me connecter \u00e0 mon c\u0153ur et \u00e0 suivre le cours de la vie. Ce faisant, on s'ouvre \u00e0 quelque chose de bien plus grand que tout ce qu'on peut imaginer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
