Ensuite, trouvez ensemble des solutions pour qu&#039;il puisse s&#039;y consacrer davantage\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pratiquer l&#039;\u00e9coute de niveau 3<\/strong><br \/>\nQuand on se sent vraiment \u00e9cout\u00e9, on se sent valoris\u00e9. L&#039;\u00e9coute active va au-del\u00e0 de la simple perception auditive et implique une observation compl\u00e8te et une reformulation. On remarque le langage corporel, le niveau d&#039;\u00e9nergie, l&#039;intonation de la voix, absolument tout. Puis, sans jugement, on reformule : \u201c J&#039;ai l&#039;impression que tu es un peu distrait aujourd&#039;hui. Puis-je t&#039;aider ? \u201d Cela permet non seulement aux personnes de se sentir valoris\u00e9es, mais aussi de d\u00e9passer leurs blocages personnels et d&#039;\u00eatre pleinement elles-m\u00eames.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les chiffres parlent d&#039;eux-m\u00eames.
