Quel est le but de la vie\u00a0? C\u2019est comme l\u2019\u00e9toile polaire. Il nous guide sur un chemin qui r\u00e9sonne profond\u00e9ment avec notre v\u00e9ritable nature.<\/p>\n

Comment d\u00e9couvrir le sens de sa vie ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Et voici une question encore plus difficile : une fois que vous l'avez trouv\u00e9e, comment l'aligner avec votre carri\u00e8re ?<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de ma certification de coach, j'ai suivi des formations approfondies sur le sens de la vie, la d\u00e9finition d'objectifs et le d\u00e9veloppement de l'intuition aupr\u00e8s du Coaches Training Institute. Cet institut a mis au point un exercice permettant d'\u00e9laborer une premi\u00e8re version de votre raison d'\u00eatre, que je vais vous pr\u00e9senter ici.<\/p>\n

Remontez le temps et repensez \u00e0 un moment de votre vie o\u00f9 vous vous sentiez pleinement vivant\u00b7e \u2013 un moment o\u00f9 votre colonne vert\u00e9brale, vos bras et le bout de vos doigts fr\u00e9missaient d'excitation, un moment o\u00f9 vous vous fichiez \u00e9perdument du regard des autres. Vous \u00e9tiez pleinement vivant\u00b7e !<\/p>\n

Vous disposez d'un panneau publicitaire et pouvez y faire figurer le message de votre choix. Des milliers de personnes passeront devant chaque jour et verront votre panneau. Quel est son message\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Qu'est-ce que \u00e7a dit\u00a0? Prenez des notes.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Voyage #3<\/h2>\n

Vous embarquez \u00e0 bord d'une fus\u00e9e. La fus\u00e9e d\u00e9colle. Vous vous dirigez vers une plan\u00e8te encore peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e de l'univers. C'est une plan\u00e8te magnifique \u00e0 tous points de vue, mais elle est inhabit\u00e9e. Vous pouvez la fa\u00e7onner \u00e0 votre guise. Une fois sur place, que ferez-vous\u00a0? Quel impact souhaitez-vous avoir\u00a0? \u00c0 quoi ressemblera la plan\u00e8te\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Veuillez ne pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, prenez un moment pour \u00e9crire vos r\u00e9ponses.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Une fois les trois voyages termin\u00e9s, relisez vos notes et int\u00e9grez les th\u00e8mes communs entre eux pour \u00e9laborer une premi\u00e8re \u00e9bauche de votre raison d'\u00eatre dans la vie.<\/p>\n

Quelles m\u00e9taphores ont pu \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es ?<\/p>\n

En reliant les points de ces trois exercices, quel impact avez-vous eu sur vous-m\u00eame, sur les autres et sur la plan\u00e8te ?<\/p>\n

Ensuite, lorsque vous r\u00e9digez une premi\u00e8re \u00e9bauche de votre raison d'\u00eatre dans la vie, cela pourrait ressembler \u00e0 ceci\u00a0:

Cela peut para\u00eetre un exercice simple, mais si vous prenez le temps de r\u00e9pondre honn\u00eatement aux questions, cela peut avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur votre vie. C'est ce que cela m'a apport\u00e9, ainsi qu'\u00e0 de nombreux clients avec lesquels j'ai travaill\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment.<\/p>\n

Une fois que vous avez une premi\u00e8re \u00e9bauche de votre d\u00e9claration de mission de vie, comment pouvez-vous l'aligner sur votre carri\u00e8re ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Demandez-vous\u2026 mon \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de mission de vie se refl\u00e8te-t-il dans mon travail\u00a0? Si oui, comment puis-je\u2026
\nComment faire pour que cela se voie encore plus\u00a0? Sinon, que puis-je faire pour que cela commence \u00e0 appara\u00eetre\u00a0?
\nUne fois que votre vie, votre carri\u00e8re et votre raison d'\u00eatre seront align\u00e9es, vous commencerez \u00e0 ressentir la v\u00e9ritable joie.<\/p>\n
