Cependant, \u00e0 moins de d\u00e9missionner, ce n&#039;est pas toujours possible avec un coll\u00e8gue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un comportement toxique chez un coll\u00e8gue peut prendre la forme de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Bl\u00e2mer<\/b> On a toujours tendance \u00e0 rejeter la faute sur les autres. Chaque probl\u00e8me, chaque m\u00e9saventure, etc., est imput\u00e9 \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre. Si une personne toxique vous prend pour cible, c&#039;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement VOTRE faute.<\/li>\n<li><b>D\u00e9fense<\/b> Il est difficile d&#039;avancer avec cette personne car chaque difficult\u00e9 est accueillie par un \u201c Ce n&#039;est pas ma faute \u201d ou un \u201c Je n&#039;y suis pour rien \u201d. Elle campe sur ses positions et la situation est bloqu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><b>Obstruction<\/b> Cette personne tarde toujours \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux courriels ou ne r\u00e9pond pas au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, surtout lorsqu&#039;elle sait que son avis est n\u00e9cessaire. Elle pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e9viter les probl\u00e8mes plut\u00f4t que de prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><b>M\u00e9pris<\/b> Cela peut se manifester par des attaques verbales, des insultes et des menaces, ou de mani\u00e8re plus subtile comme des regards d\u00e9sapprobateurs, du sarcasme, des comm\u00e9rages, voire le contournement de la hi\u00e9rarchie. Cette personne manque de respect et d\u00e9valorise son entourage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un coll\u00e8gue toxique peut pr\u00e9senter tout ou partie de ces caract\u00e9ristiques. Ce qui le caract\u00e9rise, c&#039;est la persistance d&#039;un comportement qui freine la progression et d\u00e9valorise les autres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors, comment g\u00e9rer cela ? En acceptant sa vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9\u2026 envers soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Devenez vuln\u00e9rable<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les narcissiques exploitent la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, alors ne vous confiez pas \u00e0 eux. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, comme l&#039;explique Bren\u00e9 Brown, auteure de \u00ab\u00a0Oser diriger\u00a0\u00bb, poser des limites est essentiel pour pr\u00e9server sa vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. D\u00e9verser toutes ses pens\u00e9es et ses sentiments sur autrui n&#039;est pas un signe de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de cela, tournez-vous vers l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et reconnaissez vos propres blessures. Lorsqu&#039;une personne vous heurte, cela indique quelque chose que vous avez besoin de gu\u00e9rir. La r\u00e9ussite d&#039;une entreprise est indissociable de celle de ses dirigeants. Plus vous travaillez sur vous-m\u00eame, plus vous devenez un leader et plus vous contribuez positivement \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de votre organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Reconna\u00eetre les blessures des autres<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pendant que vous travaillez \u00e0 votre \u00e9panouissement personnel, qu&#039;en est-il du narcissique ? Il est toujours l\u00e0, r\u00e9pandant son venin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes tous des \u00e2mes bless\u00e9es. Quand quelqu&#039;un me provoque, j&#039;imagine \u00e0 quel point il souffre. Je ne veux pas aggraver sa souffrance. Au contraire, je ressens de l&#039;empathie et je lui envoie de l&#039;amour. Ce sont ces personnes qui en ont le plus besoin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est normal de r\u00e9agir plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9pondre lorsque ses propres blessures sont raviv\u00e9es. Cependant, si l&#039;on a entrepris un travail de gu\u00e9rison personnelle, il est plus facile de reconna\u00eetre la souffrance chez autrui, de comprendre que leur comportement n&#039;est pas personnel, mais rel\u00e8ve de leur personne et de leurs probl\u00e8mes, et d&#039;y r\u00e9pondre avec compassion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Comprenez o\u00f9 s&#039;arr\u00eate votre responsabilit\u00e9 et o\u00f9 commence la leur.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;empathie, la compr\u00e9hension, les pens\u00e9es positives\u2026 c&#039;est formidable. Il n&#039;est pas acceptable qu&#039;il vous rabaisse ou qu&#039;il attende de vous que vous r\u00e9gliez ses probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je dis \u00e0 mes clients que s&#039;ils veulent vraiment gu\u00e9rir leurs blessures, ils doivent se tourner vers l&#039;int\u00e9rieur. Chercher \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur ne leur apportera que des solutions superficielles, pas un v\u00e9ritable changement. Ne soyez pas le pansement de quelqu&#039;un d&#039;autre. Vous vous \u00e9puisez et vous ne contribuez pas r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 leur am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Concentrez-vous sur vous-m\u00eame, sur ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler, sur ce qui a besoin de gu\u00e9rison et sur ce dont vous \u00eates v\u00e9ritablement responsable. Vous ne pouvez pas changer le comportement des autres, seulement votre propre r\u00e9action. Prenez en main votre gu\u00e9rison, votre \u00e9volution et vos r\u00e9actions. Montrez l&#039;exemple. Si quelqu&#039;un est pr\u00eat \u00e0 changer, vous pouvez l&#039;inspirer.
