Voyons d&#039;abord ce qu&#039;est concr\u00e8tement un conflit en milieu professionnel :<\/p>\n<p>Conflit <i>n&#039;est pas<\/i> Col\u00e8re, disputes et cris.<\/p>\n<p>Conflit <i>est<\/i> une incompatibilit\u00e9 entre le comportement et l&#039;objectif.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c9viter les conflits, c&#039;est \u00e9viter d&#039;atteindre ses objectifs !<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vu sous cet angle, il est \u00e9vident que les conflits, \u00e0 tout le moins, ne doivent pas \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Lorsque les comportements ne sont pas align\u00e9s sur les objectifs, cela cr\u00e9e des blocages qui vous \u00e9loignent de ce que vous souhaitez accomplir.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, si \u00e9viter les conflits n&#039;est pas la solution, pourquoi ne pas les accepter ?<\/p>\n<h2>Le conflit = la croissance<\/h2>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un comportement incompatible\u00a0? Ont-ils l\u2019air de vouloir fuir ou de se terrer\u00a0? Que se passe-t-il \u00e0 ces moments-l\u00e0\u00a0?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>D\u00e9noncez-le avec compassion<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9nergie et le langage corporel sont comme d&#039;immenses panneaux lumineux, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant l&#039;indicible. Exprimez-le ! Mais avec compassion. N&#039;oubliez pas l&#039;humain. C&#039;est une personne dot\u00e9e de forces et de talents qui apportent une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;organisation, mais aussi d&#039;une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9rieure dont vous ignorez peut-\u00eatre tout.<\/p>\n<p>Posez des questions comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201c Je remarque que vous tapez du pied assez vite. Que se passe-t-il ? \u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201c Je vous entends dire que vous \u00eates d&#039;accord, mais vous \u00e9vitez mon regard. Que se passe-t-il r\u00e9ellement ? \u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201c J\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 une tendance : on nous dit que les choses seront termin\u00e9es, mais rien ne change. Que se passe-t-il ? \u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201c J\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 que chaque fois qu\u2019on parle de _____, tu en ris. Que se passe-t-il ? \u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites preuve de curiosit\u00e9. Utilisez des expressions comme \u201c Je remarque \u201d ou \u201c J&#039;ai observ\u00e9 \u201d pour \u00e9viter de porter des jugements. Les questions ouvertes telles que \u201c Que se passe-t-il ? \u201d permettent de s&#039;exprimer en toute confiance et en toute transparence.<\/p>\n<p>Surtout, privil\u00e9giez une approche collaborative. Il s&#039;agit de travailler ensemble pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me. Juger et bl\u00e2mer ne fait que freiner les gens. Ils se braquent ou se replient sur eux-m\u00eames.
