C&#039;est le mot d&#039;ordre ces temps-ci. Avec tant d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte, des changements constants et un flot incessant de nouvelles anxiog\u00e8nes, sans parler des al\u00e9as du quotidien\u2026 vous en avez sans doute ressenti les r\u00e9percussions, que ce soit physiquement, mentalement, \u00e9motionnellement, spirituellement, ou tout cela \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je sais que je me suis sentie d\u00e9pass\u00e9e \u00e0 de nombreux moments, et que j&#039;ai d\u00fb m&#039;adapter sans cesse.<\/strong> Entre les hauts et les bas li\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle \u00e9cole de mon fils, l&#039;adaptation de mon entreprise et de mes clients \u00e0 cette nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9, et les r\u00e9novations indispensables de ma maison, tout cela en m\u00eame temps\u2026 \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 intense. Par ailleurs, je sais aussi que pour beaucoup, c&#039;est la monotonie du quotidien, l&#039;absence d&#039;activit\u00e9s habituelles, de sorties et de changements de d\u00e9cor qui engendre un sentiment de saturation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L&#039;importance d&#039;une routine matinale<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame avant la Covid, ma routine matinale \u00e9tait sacr\u00e9e, et c&#039;est quelque chose que je conseille toujours \u00e0 mes clients d&#039;instaurer. Tout comme un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable a besoin d&#039;\u00eatre charg\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e, nous sommes plus performants lorsque nous commen\u00e7ons notre journ\u00e9e en pleine forme.<\/p>\n<p>En privil\u00e9giant ce temps de \u201c recharge des batteries \u201d avant les courriels, les m\u00e9dias sociaux, les SMS, les gros titres du jour ou m\u00eame les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, nous pratiquons l&#039;intentionnalit\u00e9 \u2013 en choisissant, avant que quoi que ce soit d&#039;autre puisse nous influencer, la mani\u00e8re dont nous allons nous pr\u00e9senter et r\u00e9agir tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ma routine matinale comprend des m\u00e9ditations, de la visualisation, des \u00e9tirements, l&#039;\u00e9criture dans mon journal et la lecture, et implique de me lever \u00e0 5 h du matin. C&#039;est une pratique tr\u00e8s personnelle que j&#039;ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et peaufin\u00e9e au fil des ann\u00e9es. Lorsque j&#039;accompagne des clients, je ne me contente pas de leur transmettre la routine qui me convient. Je leur conseille plut\u00f4t de commencer par consacrer au moins 5 minutes chaque matin \u00e0 se ressourcer d&#039;une mani\u00e8re qui leur soit propre, et c&#039;est un excellent point de d\u00e9part pour vous aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Ces 5 minutes sont pour vous, rien que pour vous. Que ce soit 5 minutes dehors, pr\u00e8s d&#039;une fen\u00eatre ouverte, 5 minutes de musique que vous aimez, 5 minutes de lecture de vos citations pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, 5 minutes de m\u00e9ditation, 5 minutes de course \u00e0 toute vitesse\u2026 faites-en un moment rien que pour vous.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil du temps, augmentez progressivement le temps que vous consacrez \u00e0 vous ressourcer et observez ce qui vous nourrit r\u00e9ellement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Garder son calme pendant le chaos de la COVID<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois la COVID install\u00e9e et nos nouvelles conditions (temporaires) persistantes, j&#039;ai constat\u00e9 que ma routine matinale, pourtant soigneusement et avec bienveillance envers moi-m\u00eame, ne suffisait plus \u00e0 apaiser mon sentiment de d\u00e9bordement. Je posais mes pieds sur ma chaise et m&#039;allongeais sur le dos, au sol. Essayez\u00a0! C&#039;est incroyable ce que cette posture peut faire entre deux appels Zoom\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Je prenais aussi quelques instants dans la journ\u00e9e pour m&#039;asseoir sur mon coussin de m\u00e9ditation, fermer les yeux, poser mes mains sur mon c\u0153ur et prendre de grandes respirations. Je travaillais \u00e9galement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/ceoofyour.life\/fr\/2020\/05\/10-ways-to-create-from-covid-19\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/ceoofyour.life\/2020\/05\/10-ways-to-create-from-covid-19\/\">cr\u00e9er continuellement<\/a> d&#039;apr\u00e8s ce qui se passait.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela a aid\u00e9\u2026 mais ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas suffisant.<\/p>\n<p>Le sentiment d&#039;\u00eatre submerg\u00e9e, l&#039;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la fatigue revenaient sans cesse. J&#039;en avais trop fait. Certes, je disais non \u00e0 beaucoup de choses et j&#039;essayais d&#039;\u00eatre attentive \u00e0 mes d\u00e9cisions, mais il y avait toujours un impr\u00e9vu, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment hors de mon contr\u00f4le, pour me d\u00e9stabiliser.<\/p>\n<p>Tous mes appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers sont tomb\u00e9s en panne cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Ma machine \u00e0 laver s&#039;est emball\u00e9e, a percut\u00e9 un mur et s&#039;est ouverte \u00e0 cause d&#039;un d\u00e9faut de fabrication. La cuisine Ikea que j&#039;avais command\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9e avec deux semaines de retard, et ils ne me l&#039;ont dit qu&#039;APR\u00c8S avoir enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9mont\u00e9 ma cuisine\u2026 la liste \u00e9tait interminable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Obtenir de l&#039;aide<\/h2>\n<p>Je me suis tourn\u00e9 vers mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenclark.com\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.edenclark.com\/\">guide<\/a>. Oui, m\u00eame les coachs ont besoin d&#039;accompagnement et de soutien lorsqu&#039;ils se sentent d\u00e9connect\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s tout, comment pouvons-nous accompagner et aider les autres si nous ne travaillons pas constamment \u00e0 devenir la meilleure version de nous-m\u00eames\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Mon guide m&#039;a dit : \u201c Melissa, tu as ma\u00eetris\u00e9 la m\u00e9ditation et la connexion aux plans sup\u00e9rieurs de ton \u00eatre. Maintenant, tu dois apprendre \u00e0 te connecter aux plans inf\u00e9rieurs. Tu dois te reconnecter \u00e0 la Terre M\u00e8re depuis ton chakra racine. Ton conditionnement naturel te pousse \u00e0 tout faire par toi-m\u00eame, \u00e0 ne pouvoir compter sur personne. Tu t&#039;encombres de trop de responsabilit\u00e9s, tu ne te connectes pas \u00e0 la Terre et tu n&#039;autorises pas l&#039;Univers \u00e0 te soutenir. \u201d C&#039;est une femme d&#039;une grande sagesse et d&#039;une profonde spiritualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Faire confiance \u00e0 l&#039;invisible<\/h2>\n<p>Il est vrai que je n&#039;ai jamais eu l&#039;impression de pouvoir me fier enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un sans \u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7ue. Et il est vrai que cela fait partie de mon conditionnement, qui remonte \u00e0 mon \u00e9ducation. C&#039;est pourquoi j&#039;\u00e9prouve le besoin non seulement de tout faire par moi-m\u00eame, mais aussi de viser la \u201c perfection \u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>C&#039;est un sch\u00e9ma \u00e9puisant et difficile \u00e0 changer. Cela demande un travail constant et du soutien. Demander de l&#039;aide \u00e9tait un pas dans la bonne direction et m&#039;a indiqu\u00e9 la prochaine \u00e9tape (n&#039;est-ce pas merveilleux comme, lorsque nous faisons ce que notre c\u0153ur nous dicte, cela nous conduit si naturellement vers la prochaine bonne chose \u00e0 faire ?). J&#039;avais besoin de faire pleinement confiance \u00e0 l&#039;Univers pour me soutenir. Cela impliquait de sortir de mes pens\u00e9es et de faire confiance \u00e0 l&#039;invisible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Besoins en mati\u00e8re de s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplypsychology.org\/maslow.html\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.simplypsychology.org\/maslow.html\">La hi\u00e9rarchie des besoins de Maslow<\/a>, Les besoins les plus fondamentaux de l&#039;\u00eatre humain, \u00e0 savoir les besoins physiologiques et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la normale. Sans la satisfaction de ces besoins, il est impossible d&#039;acc\u00e9der aux besoins plus profonds d&#039;amour, d&#039;estime de soi et d&#039;accomplissement personnel.<\/p>\n<p>On croit souvent, \u00e0 tort, qu&#039;une fois les besoins fondamentaux satisfaits, \u201c\u00a0tout ira bien ensuite\u00a0\u201d, ce qui n&#039;est pas toujours le cas. La vie et les circonstances \u00e9voluent constamment, ce qui signifie que nos besoins peuvent changer \u00e0 tous les niveaux. Il est tout \u00e0 fait normal, surtout en p\u00e9riode de chaos et d&#039;incertitude, de ressentir le besoin de se recentrer sur ces besoins essentiels. En fait, d\u00e8s que l&#039;on se sent submerg\u00e9 ou en proie \u00e0 la tourmente, il peut \u00eatre utile de se rem\u00e9morer ces besoins, en particulier celui de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, afin d&#039;identifier ce \u00e0 quoi il faut se connecter et qu&#039;il faut renforcer.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, c&#039;\u00e9tait un sentiment de d\u00e9connexion avec la terre et l&#039;Univers qui \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&#039;origine de mon sentiment d&#039;\u00eatre submerg\u00e9e. Je me sentais abandonn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Mise \u00e0 la terre<\/h2>\n<p>Mon guide m&#039;a conseill\u00e9 : \u201c Asseyez-vous \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol, le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e au sol, pendant au moins 10 minutes par jour, si le temps le permet. La Terre M\u00e8re est une source d&#039;\u00e9nergie. Quand vos circuits ne sont pas branch\u00e9s \u00e0 la terre, vous ne les rechargez pas. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une pratique appel\u00e9e ancrage. Les th\u00e9ories expliquant son fonctionnement vont de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique de la terre \u00e0 la simple pleine conscience d&#039;\u00eatre en contact physique direct avec la nature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Unit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre les conseils de mon guide et j&#039;ai ressenti une telle diff\u00e9rence\u00a0! J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ressentir un lien plus fort avec la Terre. La pratique quotidienne m&#039;a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 avoir davantage confiance, \u00e0 me sentir plus soutenue et moins submerg\u00e9e. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Tant que vous n&#039;aurez pas entrevu la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 non ordinaire et invisible, votre cerveau restera enclin \u00e0 douter de ce qui existe. Mais lorsque vous faites l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de l&#039;Unit\u00e9, le sentiment de s\u00e9paration se dissout, car vous vous percevez comme une partie indissociable du tout.\u00a0\u2018<\/p>\n<p>Si nous nous contentons d&#039;agir au niveau mental, nous risquons de perdre la raison. Il nous faut faire confiance au mythique et nous y abandonner. Comme le dit le Dr Villodo, nous devons toujours garder un pied dans le monde physique et l&#039;autre dans le monde spirituel. Pour moi, cela signifie explorer toutes les pistes, tant sur le plan physique que mental, m&#039;ouvrir au divin et avoir la certitude que mes efforts porteront leurs fruits.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir compris cela, j&#039;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que plus de la moiti\u00e9 de mes clients vivaient des situations similaires, et que cela se manifestait dans leur vie personnelle et professionnelle. J&#039;ai partag\u00e9 mes d\u00e9couvertes avec eux et j&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir des photos d&#039;eux se reconnectant \u00e0 la nature de mille fa\u00e7ons et dans des d\u00e9cors vari\u00e9s. Quel puissant moyen de cr\u00e9er du lien en cette p\u00e9riode d&#039;isolement !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9flexions et perspectives d&#039;avenir<\/h2>\n<p>Ma nouvelle devise\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Asseyez-vous sur l\u2019herbe\u00a0!\u00a0\u201d C\u2019est ce qui me convient le mieux aujourd\u2019hui. Mais comment int\u00e9grer ce calme dans le chaos, l&#039;incertitude et le sentiment de d\u00e9connexion qui caract\u00e9risent la vie quotidienne\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, la r\u00e9ponse r\u00e9side dans l&#039;ancrage, le sentiment d&#039;unit\u00e9, la pratique d&#039;une routine matinale \u00e9nergisante et une alimentation saine qui nourrit et <a href=\"https:\/\/ceoofyour.life\/fr\/2020\/06\/are-you-leading-from-your-highest-brain\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/ceoofyour.life\/2020\/06\/are-you-leading-from-your-highest-brain\/\">me donne de l&#039;\u00e9nergie<\/a>. C\u2019est ainsi que je me maintiens dans un \u00e9tat de connexion et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ce qui me permet de travailler continuellement \u00e0 une plus grande r\u00e9alisation de moi-m\u00eame, en cr\u00e9ant toujours \u00e0 partir de ce qui se passe autour de moi.<\/p>\n<p>Le chemin vers la connexion est unique pour chacun, mais il existe des cadres que tous peuvent utiliser pour cr\u00e9er leur propre chemin.
