Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les promesses des entreprises de soutenir leurs employ\u00e9s, de promouvoir une culture d&#039;entreprise saine, de privil\u00e9gier leur bien-\u00eatre, de favoriser la flexibilit\u00e9, etc. Lorsque ces avantages sont promis mais non tenus, cela cr\u00e9e un foss\u00e9 avec les employ\u00e9s, entra\u00eenant un d\u00e9sengagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela signifie-t-il que tout est de la faute des dirigeants\u00a0? Cela peut l\u2019\u00eatre, mais je crois que c\u2019est plus complexe que cela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oui, il arrive que les dirigeants fassent de belles promesses sans vraiment les tenir. Parfois, des facteurs externes entrent en jeu. Il se peut que l&#039;organisation ne leur apporte pas le soutien n\u00e9cessaire pour mettre en \u0153uvre ces engagements. Parfois, des facteurs \u00e9conomiques priment. D&#039;autres fois, il peut s&#039;agir d&#039;une pand\u00e9mie mondiale. Des impr\u00e9vus surviennent et, malheureusement, les initiatives de mobilisation des employ\u00e9s en p\u00e2tissent souvent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l&#039;on consid\u00e8re les \u00e9v\u00e9nements mondiaux des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, on constate que nous avons travers\u00e9 les attentats du 11 septembre, l&#039;apog\u00e9e de la guerre contre le terrorisme, la Grande R\u00e9cession de 2008, la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 de 2020 et plusieurs autres crises, qui ont toutes perturb\u00e9 notre fa\u00e7on de travailler, d&#039;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#039;une autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est compr\u00e9hensible, dans bien des cas, que l&#039;engagement des employ\u00e9s passe au second plan face \u00e0 des bouleversements d&#039;une telle ampleur. Cependant, si la vague de d\u00e9missions discr\u00e8tes ne nous apprend rien d&#039;autre, elle devrait au moins nous inciter \u00e0 accorder \u00e0 l&#039;engagement la m\u00eame urgence et la m\u00eame importance. Le d\u00e9sengagement au travail n&#039;est peut-\u00eatre pas l&#039;explosion soudaine qu&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 la crise du Covid, mais c&#039;est un probl\u00e8me latent qui aura des
