Il est \u00e9galement riche en magn\u00e9sium et autres min\u00e9raux, certaines marques \u00e9tant plus transform\u00e9es que d&#039;autres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le choix du sel d\u00e9pend surtout des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et \u00e9ventuellement de la disponibilit\u00e9. Les deux sont doux et m\u00eame apaisants pour la peau chez la plupart des gens, mais n&#039;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire un test cutan\u00e9 si vous craignez une r\u00e9action.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Prepare_a_Salt_Bath\"><\/span><b>Comment pr\u00e9parer un bain de sel<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans ma pratique, je recommande un bain avec 250 ml de sel marin ou de sel d&#039;Epsom, auquel on peut ajouter 250 ml de bicarbonate de soude et\/ou quelques gouttes d&#039;huile essentielle. Versez ces ingr\u00e9dients dans un bain rempli d&#039;eau ti\u00e8de ou chaude, jamais chaude. M\u00e9langez jusqu&#039;\u00e0 dissolution compl\u00e8te du sel et du bicarbonate de soude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, c&#039;est l&#039;une de mes fa\u00e7ons pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de me d\u00e9tendre. C&#039;est tellement agr\u00e9able ! J&#039;ai essay\u00e9 toutes sortes d&#039;huiles essentielles et j&#039;ai constat\u00e9 que la lavande et l&#039;eucalyptus sont mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. Je vois sans cesse des gens pris au pi\u00e8ge d&#039;un cycle o\u00f9 ils s&#039;\u00e9puisent \u00e0 d\u00e9penser le strict minimum d&#039;\u00e9nergie pour ensuite la gaspiller. Et \u00e7a recommence sans cesse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imaginez une personne atteinte d&#039;une maladie qui n\u00e9cessite du temps et de l&#039;attention pour gu\u00e9rir. Mais au lieu de prendre ce temps et cette attention, cette personne se contente de prendre des analg\u00e9siques pour tenir le coup au quotidien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce sc\u00e9nario est similaire \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont beaucoup d&#039;entre nous \u2013 y compris les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs \u2013 abordons notre bien-\u00eatre int\u00e9rieur.
