Les primes et les augmentations \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9finitives. \u00c0 quoi bon maintenant\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais, lors de notre entretien de coaching, nous lui avons rappel\u00e9 : <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/ceoofyour.life\/fr\/2021\/04\/speaking-your-truth-in-the-workplace-part-1\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Il ne s&#039;agit pas toujours du r\u00e9sultat. Il s&#039;agit de se respecter soi-m\u00eame. Vous vous sentirez mieux en sachant que vous avez dit ce qui devait \u00eatre dit.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle l&#039;a donc fait. Calmement et clairement, elle a demand\u00e9 une r\u00e9union et a partag\u00e9 son ressenti, non par sentiment de droit acquis, mais par\u2026 <\/span><b>alignement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elle a cit\u00e9 ses contributions, son \u00e9volution et son d\u00e9sir de comprendre ce qu&#039;il faudrait pour \u00eatre pleinement reconnue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici ce qui s&#039;est pass\u00e9\u00a0: son sup\u00e9rieur l&#039;a \u00e9cout\u00e9e. Les d\u00e9cideurs ont r\u00e9examin\u00e9 son dossier et ont donn\u00e9 leur accord. Elle a obtenu une augmentation de salaire. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Une prime plus importante. Plus important encore, ils ont eu une conversation constructive sur ce que serait le succ\u00e8s au cours de l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir, jetant ainsi les bases d&#039;une reconnaissance plus cibl\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parfois, m\u00eame quand on a l&#039;impression que le moment est pass\u00e9, il est encore temps de prendre la parole. Car d\u00e9fendre sa valeur ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 l&#039;argent.
