Our Expertise

CEO of Your Life provides Master Certified Coach (MCC) level coaching. MCC is the highest level of coaching certification provided through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As coaching is a self-regulated industry, the ICF has worked hard to establish rigorous guidelines for granting coaching certification. It holds coaches to high-standards, including ongoing training, experience, and mentorship to maintain certification.

MCC certification is only open to coaches who are already highly trained and experienced. To be eligible to apply, a coach must first complete the Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) program, as well as have 200+ hours of intensive training and 2,500+ hours of hands-on coaching experience.

As of the start of 2024, there were only 2,204 practicing MCC coaches worldwide.
