 Yes. The first call is simply to explore your needs and determine if we’re the right fit. Ready to set up a first call?

Pricing depends on whether you’re seeking individual, group, or organization-wide coaching, whether you’re integrating workshops, retreats, leadership assessments, or keynotes, the number of sessions you want per month, as well as the amount of access between sessions.

This will all be discussed and agreed upon with your coach before coaching begins.

All packages include our 4-step process, and typically include one-on-one sessions, between-session assignments, reading materials, check-ins, assessments where applicable, progress reports, and a final hand-off to support continued development.

Packages may also include tripartite meetings, observation sessions, stakeholder feedback, and/or team coaching.

The frequency, reach, and level of all package elements are also customizable and agreed upon ahead of time.

They last as long as you would like them to. We start with six months and assess your needs after that.

Our coaching programs are designed to equip you with the tools, mindset, and habits to continue your growth long after engagement ends. When the coaching ends, the self-coaching begins!
