Happy 2015!

Have you decided to make 2015 the year you truly come alive, be extremely happy and love your life and the work that you do?

There is a quote that I absolutely love from Howard Thurman and it goes like this,“Don’t ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

As a life, business and career coach, I do my best on a daily basis to help people create the lives they truly want, lives that make them come alive.

It seems I hear more and more people these days saying…”I wish I could have my own business…I wish I could be my own boss…BUT…I am afraid of losing a stable paycheck, I am afraid of losing my benefits…I am afraid of taking such a big leap…What if I fail…what if I end up losing everything…?”

Well, I asked myself the same questions a few years ago…and then life just threw me a set of circumstances where I chose the path of doing what makes me come alive…where I chose to take a big leap.

I was working for a startup and from one day to the next I was told my hours and pay was cut in half. I had a choice…I could launch myself in my coaching business that I always dreamed of, or, I could complain… file a law suit against my employer…or look for another job that I wasn’t passionate about.

I decided to follow my dream…to  do what makes me truly come alive. I put my heart and soul into my coaching and within a month I made up the difference in my lost pay. Four months later, I was able to replace my entire salary doing what I loved, what made me feel alive.
 

What contributed to my success?

• I decided that failure was not an option. I was going to do everything I could to be able to support myself and my son doing what I loved most.
• I made all my decisions and positioned myself from where I was going not from where I was at.

I didn’t say…hey…I am a single mom and I have no money to invest…I took on the mindset of an entrepreneur that had a 6 digit business and got all the tools and everything on my side to make my business happen.

• I worked with a coach who was both a Shaman and Brand Coach. This helped clear the energetic blocks that were preventing me from moving forward and helped me create a brand that was based on my true authentic self.
• I joined a business mastermind that gave me some solid business & marketing tools. This was like the cherry on top of my own 15-year business & marketing experience.

This was my success recipe. I started to share it with other people and their businesses became successful too. It really makes me feel alive to see people leave jobs they are not passionate about and create businesses doing what they absolutely love, a business that fulfills their soul’s journey.

With this in mind…in collaboration with my Shaman, John Germain Leto…yes, the one that helped contribute to my business success, we have decided to launch a new endeavour to fully support entrepreneurs to follow through with their dream. It’s called The Heart-Based Business Coaching Program.

This program is a combination of both of the success recipes that has us doing what we love on a daily basis. It is the complete business building program (that we know of )
 

We are launching this 6-month program with a two-day retreat in Laguna Beach, California on March 21^st and 22^nd, 2015.
