What Questions Are You Ending 2014 With?

It’s December already. Wow. How did your year go?

At the end of each year, I like to take some time for self-reflection, kind of like a year-end review on myself.

I like to ask myself a few questions to see where I am at compared with where I would like to be…and then based on my responses…I set my intentions for the upcoming year.

I feel that by doing this exercise, I am confronting what is working and not working in my life & career and then taking steps to steer it in my intended direction.

I would like to share my year-end review questions with you, as well as some of my responses with the intention to inspire you to do the same and help you create what is important for you in 2015!
