Do You Ever Feel Your Life Is Cluttered?
Tell me, do you ever feel that your life is a bit… cluttered?
When your life is cluttered with negative things, habits and relationships, you don’t have the space or focus to let in the positive things that will help you move forward.
I had the opportunity to go on Breakfast Television to talk about simple steps anyone can take to declutter their lives in just 7 days so that they can move forward with ease.
Day 1
Ask yourself important questions to get a clear vision of what you want to create. Being clear on what you do want will make it easier to clear out the things you don’t want.
Day 2
Make “yes” and “no” lists. To create what you truly want, you need to be ready to say no to things that get in your way. It’s the only way to prioritize your “yes” list.
Day 3
End negative relationships. If you have any negative relationships in your life, you know how draining they can be. If someone in your life is doing nothing more than dragging you down, maybe it’s time to cut them loose.
Day 4
Clear out your toxic habits. We all have these! Maybe you stay up too late, procrastinate, focus on the negative, or don’t appreciate what you have. These habits hold you back from the happiness you deserve.
Day 5
Declutter material goods. Physical clutter disrupts your energy and steals your focus. Identify the areas you need to clear out!
Day 6
Change your diet. A diet and lifestyle cluttered with foods and habits that drain your energy will hold you back just as much as physical clutter.
Day 7
Plan to move forward. Over the previous 6 days, you will have gained considerable insight into where you want to be and how you’re going to get there. Use that insight to make a plan that will get you there faster than ever!
If you choose to take the challenge and declutter your life, by the end of 7 days, you’ll be leaps and bounds ahead of where you are today.
