It’s December already. Wow. How did your year go?
At the end of each year, I like to take some time for self-reflection, kind of like a year-end review on myself.
I like to ask myself a few questions to see where I am at compared with where I would like to be…and then based on my responses…I set my intentions for the upcoming year.
I am really happy to say that I will be featured in a magazine!
When I told my Dad, he looked at me and cringed…he seems to always be a bit scared of what I will do next…he is still trying to come to terms with my “orgasmically joyful” tagline…he looked at me and said…”Please tell me it’s not Playboy!” I couldn’t stop laughing…No…it’s, not Playboy…I will be featured in the Anniversary Edition of the Happy Entrepreneur Magazine!
In this blog post, I explore a new way to connect with your heart when making decisions. For the first time, I am also including an audio to guide you. I hope you enjoy it!
It took a lot for me to be completely open and vulnerable in my last article “How Break Ups Can Fuel Your Life and Career”. I must admit I was afraid of exposing so much of myself. I was afraid of what people would think and the potential reaction it could have. Would people think I was emotionally unstable? Would people unsubscribe from my newsletters?
Sometimes things come to an end, and it’s not always our choosing. Or at least not the timeline we would have chosen for them.
Part of living a joyful life includes feeling fulfilled in several areas of our life, such as: our careers, our health and wellbeing, our fun and recreation, our friendships, our money and finances, our physical environment, our personal growth, our family, and it also includes our relationships. And in the relationship department, I have been learning some lessons.
“Orgasmically Joyful” – What does that mean to you?
If you look up orgasmic in the dictionary it says “very enjoyable or exciting”. To me, orgasmically joyful means being extremely happy and loving life.
I received so many positive comments as to how my blog post “How to Align Your Life Purpose With Your Career”. People said that it really helped to guide them with their career direction. So I’d like to share two other powerful tools for living your life purpose.
I keep hearing my clients saying, “I have this interview that I need to prepare for…I need to impress the interviewer…I know this is what they want to hear…this is how I feel I need to act and what I should say… in order to land the job…”
I can hear the stress in their voice. I remember feeling that same way…I was wanting a certain job so badly, and being so eager to please and make a great impression…. But now, I know better…And I will share my insights with you.
They are so unhappy in their career and it seems to spill out onto all other areas of their life. In the past, at times, I have been in that place as well.
What I have realized, is that if you align your life purpose with your career, you can start getting your energy tank back to full.
